Wire gauze with a ceramic center. This is a steel wire gauze with hemmed edges approximately 4 7/8″ x 4 7/8″ (123mm x 123mm) in size. The center is non-asbestos measuring approximately 3.25″ (85mm) in diameter. These are used to protect metalwork and glassware when heating over an open flame. Sold in packs of 10.
